Castle Hill Rocks – Oct 2013 to Jul 2014

Funded by The Big Local Trust, 20 week project offering weekly music workshop sessions at Castle Hill Community Centre, Ipswich and working towards an Arts Award qualification.

It’s always nice to receive written feedback from parents of children who have benefited from what the work we have done with them, here’s two recent testimonials which we’re very pleased about:

Dear Rosie, George and Tim,
Just wanted to say a big thank you for the excellent gig you organised on Monday night (14/07/14) at the Steamboat Tavern in Ipswich. It was really great to see the kids all come together and play their hearts out in front of parents as well as strangers and/ pub customers.  I know Elliot enjoyed it immensely. Here’s to future projects and you taking on many more children/young adults and turning them into rock stars!

Many thanks and kind regards

Subject: Big Thank you to Musica

Dear Tim and George and everyone involved at Musica,

can I take this opportunity to thank you so much for all the help advice and guidance you have given my son Sean and his band ‘Some people’ (so that’s Jamie, Joss and Elliot too) They came as a band and now know an awful lot more about the music business and the technical stuff. That’s down to you, but also all the encouragement you have given them  and honest comments. Just listening to them talking to each other about music and arrangements etc it is obvious that you have had a massive impact. They all love coming and look forward to every Tuesday rain, hail or snow and all the little gems you clearly come up with every week. Really hope it continues next year!
Best Wishes
Geoff and Christabel Reynish
